Co-parenting, with a Family Assistant

Calmer co-parenting. Less to carry.

Twofold keeps the schedule, expenses and messages between two homes in one place. Its Family Assistant does the follow-up: it reads your parenting plan, drafts the replies and waits for your OK.

The Family Assistant

You text it. It sorts out the details.

Most co-parenting friction is logistics: a swap, a receipt, a form due Friday. Tell the assistant in your own words, by text or in the app. It checks the plan, fills in the details and hands you a calm draft to send, edit or skip.

Plan-aware. Requests are checked against your agreement before you send them.
Calm by default. Drafts are short and neutral. Your co-parent sees only what you approve.
Private to you. Your chat with the assistant is never shared with anyone.
The Family Assistant uses AI and can make mistakes. You review everything before it’s sent.
Why Twofold

Other apps keep the record. Ours also does the work.

It knows your parenting plan.

Upload your agreement once. Every swap, expense and trip is checked against it, with the section number, before anything goes out.

Less than 48 hours’ notice§4.6 asks for 48 hours. The earliest swap that follows it is Tue 27 Oct. I’ve drafted that, with your date as an alternative.

It keeps the tone kind.

It tells you what a tense message is really asking for, then offers a short, neutral reply. You can always send your own words instead.

You’re late again. Every single time.
Pick-up was at 6:00 and you arrived at 6:25. Can we keep to 6:00 on Fridays?

It meets you where you are.

Text it on WhatsApp, SMS or iMessage. Forward school and doctor emails to one address. It works out which child each one is about.

It notices before you do.

Early dismissals, forms with no owner, registration deadlines. The assistant flags them and suggests who should take each one.

Early dismissal Fri 30 Oct isn’t on the calendar. It’s your day, so the 12:30 pick-up is yours.
Everything two homes share

One place for the logistics.

A schedule you both trust.

Built from your parenting plan, with holidays and summer weeks. Swaps go through a clear request, and the assistant tells you if one breaks the plan.

  • Parenting time shown for each day
  • Swap requests with deadlines and history
  • School calendars added in one step

Raising kids together in one home, or on your own? Twofold sets itself up for that too, without the co-parenting rules.
Trust

Fair to both homes.

A record you can rely on.

Messages and expenses can’t be edited after they’re sent, and every view is time-stamped.

Your assistant chat stays yours.

Your co-parent never sees what you say to the assistant, only what you choose to send.

The same tools for both homes.

Both parents see the same schedule, the same totals and the same history.

You choose what’s shared.

Mark any entry private. Invite helpers and professionals with limited access.

Two homes. One calm plan.
